Inside, the property has been designed with a reverse-level layout to make the most of the beautiful views from the reception rooms. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the twin with two singles. Both rooms have plenty of rustic charm with wooden floorboards, exposed beams and traditional windows. Downstairs there is a shower room with WC.
Upstairs, you will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This beautiful room has wooden floorboards, exposed beams, ceiling trusses and brickwork.
The kitchen area has colourful splashback tiles and has everything you’ll need during your stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a good-sized dining table and spacious lounge area beyond with comfortable sofas from which to enjoy countryside views or to sit and watch a bit of evening TV.
On sunny days, guests can enjoy sitting outside, where a traditional dry-stone wall borders a patio area with a picnic table. There is plenty of off-road parking.
